What You’ll Do • Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every guest., • Support kitchen coordination and maintain Carmella’s standards of excellence in service and food quality., • Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform with pride and consistency., • Manage daily operations, scheduling, and guest relations in a fast-paced environment., • Collaborate with ownership to uphold the restaurant’s long-standing culture of hospitality and tradition. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of salaried restaurant management experience, ideally in full-service or Italian-inspired dining., • Hands-on leader who thrives in busy, guest-facing environments., • Strong communicator with a friendly, professional presence., • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)., • Passion for family-style hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork.
