Job DescriptionDescription: JOB SUMMARY The Sales Enablement & Brand Manager directly supports and enhances the agency’s sales and retentioninitiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining key processes in our sales funnel as well as management of short-term projects. This role flexes to meet the changing needs of the agency, focused in areas including: • The “Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy” Brand, • Content Strategy & Creation, • Social Media Platform Management, • Data Hygiene, • Project Management, • Communication! / No Surprises, • Eliminating/overcoming any obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the defined objectives, • Delivering the results agreed to for all projects – fully “crossing the finish line”, • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all materials and platforms., • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in the tone, style, and presentation of all communications., • Identify opportunities to enhance the brand in alignment with agency objectives. Note: the specifics of this part of the role will be determined by the strengths of the individual (i.e. if the team member is strong in graphic design but not copy editing, we will “fill the gap” another way). • Collaborate with Sales Leader to develop content strategies that supports sales and growth initiatives., • Plan content themes and topics based on market trends, customer insights, and sales goals., • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including emails, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, client testimonials, press releases, and social media posts., • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content., • Coordinate agency response to approved Request For Proposal submissions (rare)., • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging., • Ensure all content complies with industry regulations, copyright laws, and company policies., • Manage and monitor all social media engagement., • Support the administration and optimization of the Sales Force platform to ensure data accuracy and effective usage., • Provide training and support to the sales team on Sales Force best practices and new features., • Ensure clear goals & deliverables for all projects., • When applicable, get approval for the budget/spend prior to implementing., • Communication! / No Surprises, • Eliminate/overcome any obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the defined objectives, • Support leadership team in key internal communication initiatives such as:, • Forcing Vertical Growth (Monthly), • Agency-Wide Summits (Twice a Year), • Open Enrollment (Annual) GKG incorporates the learnings from “Working Genius” in how we get things done throughout the organization. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not include any direct supervisory responsibilities. EQUIPMENT, MACHINES AND SOFTWARE USED Ability to utilize word-processing and spreadsheet software, presentation software, sales pipeline software, and agency management software. MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, performing account work, using a computer, and/or extensive reading. PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS Ability to stoop, reach, sit, stand, walk, pull, lift, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
