The Landscape Foreman is responsible for installation and management of landscape projects, with an emphasis on green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) maintenance and light construction. The foreman is responsible for managing daily schedules, work products, and reporting; conducting and overseeing landscaping activities; and managing a crew of 1-3 landscape laborers. The Independent Contractor will provide monthly group consultations to therapists who are in the process of being CBT certified by the Penn Beck Community Initiative. FUNCTIONS: • Provide weekly client-centered, trauma-informed, individual, group, and family therapy as per the specifications outlined in the contract., • Provide monthly group consultations to clinicians who are in the process of being CBT certified by the Penn Beck Community Initiative., • Complete and provide data to the Penn Beck Community Initiative as required., • With client consent, make concerted effort to engage identified support system in treatment., • Provide initial and ongoing assessment of presenting issues, diagnostic impressions, and recommended course of treatment., • Create treatment plan and routinely monitor progress in collaboration with client., • Manage own tax and financial affairs., • Coordinate care with other involved professionals to ensure continuity of care., • Enter intake and therapy appointments into EMR at least 48 hours in advance., • Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and time spent including minimum billing expectations commensurate with scheduled hours. Job Description OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Skilled, Independent Contractor will provide trauma-informed therapy to underserved populations community-based mental health outpatient clinic and in school-based outpatient satellite sites. This includes mental health assessment and treatment of a diverse caseload of children ages 4 to 17 experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues. FUNCTIONS: • Provide weekly client-centered, trauma-informed, individual, group, and family therapy as per the specifications outlined in the contract., • With client consent, make concerted effort to engage identified support system in treatment., • Provide initial and ongoing assessment of presenting issues, diagnostic impressions, and recommended course of treatment., • Create treatment plan and routinely monitor progress in collaboration with client., • Manage own tax and financial affairs., • Coordinate care with other involved professionals to ensure continuity of care., • Enter intake and therapy appointments into EMR at least 48 hours in advance., • Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and time spent including minimum billing expectations commensurate with scheduled hours. This includes entering progress notes within 3 days of service, including supportive documentation (e.g., treatment plans, safety plans, case management notes, briefs, triage notes, discharge summaries, no show or cancellation notes)., • Encourage consistent attendance by routinely reviewing attendance policy and providing weekly reminder calls. Discharge inactive cases in a timely manner to promote access., • Refer for community resources including expanded mental health programming as needed., • Provide crisis intervention including safety planning as needed. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform. We're looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join us full-time in a 40-hour-per-week, W-2 role with a schedule designed to offer both structure and flexibility. We are not currently hiring 1099 or part time providers. The Provider position at Bicycle Health is a remote full-time addiction medicine clinical position with responsibility for the continuity care of a panel of adult patients under care primarily for opioid use disorder. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will assess new patients presenting for telemedicine-based care of opioid use disorder, determine appropriateness of enrollment in our care setting, and manage their continuity OUD treatment from initial induction through the duration of their care. The Nurse Practitioner also addresses co-occurring mental health conditions directly when appropriate, and also via referral and care-coordination with outside providers. The NP/PA participates actively in regular clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities, collaborates with our program physicians and therapists, and reports to the regional medical director.
