Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our shipping operations. In this role, you'll oversee all Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and small parcel shipments, including FedEx and UPS, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation. Duties/Responsibilities: • Manage daily LTL and small parcel (FedEx, UPS) shipping operations., • Optimize freight consolidation and packaging to maximize space utilization and reduce shipping costs., • Negotiate rates and service agreements with LTL carriers and parcel providers., • Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities., • Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, shipping regulations, and company policies., • Monitor carrier performance, service levels, and on-time delivery metrics., • Resolve shipment issues, including delays, damages, and billing discrepancies., • Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing to coordinate outbound shipments efficiently., • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline shipping processes., • Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare transportation cost reports., • Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment., • Strong knowledge of LTL freight, FedEx, and UPS shipping systems., • Proficiency in shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel., • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • High School diploma or equivalent preferred., • At least two years of experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse shipping operations., • Accountable, • Versatile, • Knowledgeable, • Team Oriented, • Detail Oriented
