Job DescriptionWe are seeking an innovative Smart Contract Developer to join our growing Digital Assets engineering team. This is a core technical hire as we expand into more sophisticated smart contract architectures powering tokenized fund operations, stablecoin issuance, and B2B2C financial services.This is a hands-on Solidity-focused role with meaningful scope in systems design, multi-chain deployment, and smart contract integrations across compliance, liquidity, and primary markets. As our product footprint and blockchain operations expand across chains, you’ll help shape reusable infrastructure for tokenized funds, implement best-in-class security standards, and potentially help pioneer smart contract integrations beyond Ethereum (e.g., Rust/Solana). Click to view post & apply!Success in this role would be achieved by: • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to build, maintain, enhance, and secure existing smart contract modules deployed across multiple EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche) and future blockchain offerings, Including: Token creation, minting/redemption, and revocation mechanisms, on-chain KYC enforcement via soulbound NFTs and compliance oracles, role-based access control and permission systems., • Implement the smart contract layer for our Primary Market system., • Integrate with on-chain lending protocols (e.g., Aave, Morpho) to enable customers to borrow against tokenized assets or stablecoin balances, explore yield strategies within a compliant B2B/B2B2C framework., • Write tests and deployment pipelines using Foundry, following best practices for test coverage, fuzzing, and invariant testing, • Contribute to smart contract architecture design and product feature mapping, ensuring modularity, gas efficiency, and upgradability, • Participate in internal code reviews, external audits in collaboration with auditors, and security analysis, proactively identifying risk and improving reliability, • Document and evangelize smart contract standards, architecture decisions, interfaces, permission structures, and product flows within the organization, • Engage in cross-chain and multi-language exploration (Rust, Move, etc.) as our tokenized ecosystem growsExperience and required skill set:, • 4+ years of experience in software engineering at a FinTech company or startup., • 1+ years of experience writing Solidity smart contracts in production environments with at least one audited deployed project on a mainnet EVM chain., • Strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine, EVM-compatible chains, and multi-chain development., • Proficiency in Foundry for writing test suites, deployment scripts, and coverage/invariant testing., • Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-4626, etc.) and contract design patterns (upgradeable proxies, role-based access control, storage slot patterns, etc.)., • A deep understanding of contract-level security practices: reentrancy, overflow protection, custom errors, audit workflows, etc., • Interest in the tokenization of real-world assets, fintech infrastructure, or digital finance., • Git proficiency and experience participating in peer code reviews., • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field., • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a work-smart, fast-paced, and regulated financial environment in the heart of NYC.Supplementary Skills and Desirable Experience, • Experience working with smart contract integrations into lending protocols like Aave, Morpho, or Compound, • Exposure to non-EVM chains or willingness to learn new smart contract languages (e.g., Rust/Solana, Move, Cairo)., • Familiarity with broker-dealer integrations, custodial rails, financial KYC processes, compliance protocols, or privacy-preserving identity frameworks., • Familiarity with DevOps flows for on-chain CI/CD (e.g., deployments pipelines with Python, Forge, slither/static analysis)., • Prior experience building smart contract infrastructure for token issuance, primary market flows, or asset-backed tokens
