Provide final input for the decision to execute the Franchise Agreement., • Site-Specific Operational Strategy: Once a site is secured by the FA-signed franchisee, review the proposed location's business area and surrounding trade zone. Determine and finalize the necessary operational strategies for that specific market in collaboration with the FC and NSO Coordinator., • NSO Process Final Decision: Provide final strategic guidance and approval on critical pre-opening matters handled by the OPs team, including Floor Plan review (in conjunction with the Interior Design team), menu assortment, and supply logistics., • Pre-Opening Supervision and Direction: Oversee the entire pre-opening process, ensuring all phases are on track.
