Job DescriptionOffice Manager Our client, a financial services firm in New York City, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team for a 4-month assignment. This role will play an important role in the day-to-day office experience and maintaining a space that reflects the organization’s culture and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, works independently, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace. This is a temporary role for 4 months.Responsibilities • Welcome guests and ensure that employees and visitors have a positive experience while in the office., • Ensure physical building needs are managed and that office supplies are adequately stocked, equipment is functioning, administrative processes run smoothly., • Schedule and receive deliveries and mail., • Assist with badging and building security., • Assist with presentation needs (binding materials, hosting client guests, etc.)., • Manage kitchen area inventory, stocking supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order., • Vendor communication/access (cleaners, shredding service, equipment, etc.), • Work with various teams to help manage team new hire onboarding, • Minimum 5 years of office management and/or administrative support experience preferred., • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills., • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with peers and executives., • Proficient computing skills including Microsoft Office products (such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)., • Friendly disposition., • Strong desire to provide exceptional service., • Highly organized with the ability to bring focus and structure to a fluid set of demands, anticipate needs, and excellent follow-through.Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
