Job Description The Change Management Lead is responsible for managing a team tasked with overseeing change management functions for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project. The team’s focus areas include communications; process and organizational redesign; training development; and training deployment. Job DescriptionDepartment: Development Reports to: Managing Director, Philanthropic Engagement Summary The Philanthropic Engagement Officer (PEO) is a frontline fundraiser for The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts (POEA), managing a portfolio of donors toward deepening philanthropic relationships and achieving organizational fundraising goals. The primary responsibility of the PEO will be the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors to POEA. The PEO will work to secure major gifts ($10,000 and above range) for general annual support and other priority fundraising initiatives. While much of this fundraising work will be managed independently, important to the PEO’s success will be a desire and willingness to collaborate within the Development Department and with other members of the Philanthropic Engagement team, in addition to partnering with other departments across POEA. Job Description Director of Technology Solutions JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Technology Solutions is responsible for the strategic oversight, delivery, and continuous improvement of all enterprise software platforms used across the legal, administrative, and operational functions of the firm.
