Develops effective working relationships with all members of the nursing staff, procedure room staff, anesthesia staff, and other Center departments., 17. Attends annual facility and departmental fire/safety and infection control training andmaintains current knowledge of safety procedures within the Center and department., 18. Works on ASC’s Quality reports including ASCQR and GIQuIC monthly reporting., 19. Performs and supervises quarterly nursing chart reviews., 20. Conducts monthly (or as needed) staff meetings., 21. Handles patient complaints as well as incident reporting in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures., 22.
