Schedule & Pay: • Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm, • Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs – Provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services., • Health Promotion & Education – Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician., • Medical Reporting & Compliance – Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed., • Health Assessments & Surveillance – Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance., • First Aid & Injury Case Management – Provide first aid care, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow-up care per protocol., • Clinical Expertise – Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required., • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., • At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing., • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association., • Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations., • Strong computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management. Disability Management: Support TPA in managing disability cases, fitness for duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations. * Collaborate with local HR and supervisors on the Disability Management Program. * Support Occupational Physician with the Fit for Duty (FFD) process. * Act as a resource to employees and local management for absence control programs.
