Job Description This is a remote position. Position Overview First Due is seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Advocacy Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of our customer advocacy program. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with First Due users, capturing their success stories, and transforming those stories into impactful advocacy assets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the public safety space, have exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, and be comfortable representing First Due both behind the scenes and on camera. Key Responsibilities • Own the First Due customer advocacy program end-to-end, tracking benchmarks and KPIs., • Drive successful interactions and community within the First Due user group, • Partner with design, services, and digital marketing teams to deliver customer advocacy campaigns., • Build strong relationships with users to uncover and capture success stories., • Manage the Deeto platform, an AI-powered customer advocacy tool., • Leverage internal relationships across product, client success, sales, marketing, and implementation to source stories., • Use ChurnZero and Microsoft Power BI to identify customer advocacy opportunities., • Collaborate with the First Due Sales team to build and own customer reference program, • Complete stand-out on-camera video interviews with customers for incredible content to be used across various First Due marketing mediums, • Travel as needed to First Due trade shows, hosted events, and user summits to collect customer stories., • Experience as Customer Advocacy Manager at B2B software company, • 2-3 years of B2B SaaS Experience, • Outstanding conversational and interpersonal skills, relationship building skills; ability to communicate with senior executives and chiefs, • Strong writing, drafting, and content creation skills., • Comfortable appearing on camera in professional settings., • Proficiency with advocacy and analytics tools (Deeto, ChurnZero, Microsoft Power BI)., • Knowledge of public safety software with direct First Due Experience or expereince as a Customer Advocacy Marketer, • Open to travel for events., • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
