Job DescriptionAircraft Maintenance Technician – Flight OperationsJob Summary Aerotek is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support corporate flight operations. This role performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs on large business jet aircraft, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. inspections in accordance with manufacturer data, FAA regulations, and company procedures., • Inspect and verify maintenance work performed by others to ensure accuracy, compliance, and airworthiness., • Assist technicians with advanced troubleshooting and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft powerplant systems., • Conduct conformity inspections on aircraft and aircraft records to verify airworthiness status., • Maintain aircraft, engine, and APU records—including log entries, documentation updates, and maintenance tracking., • Review discrepancy reports to determine airworthiness impact and necessary corrective actions., • Serve as a liaison between flight operations, sales teams, service centers, buyers, or sellers to determine corrective actions and repair costs for identified discrepancies., • Document all maintenance actions in accordance with FAA regulations and company documentation requirements., • Prepare work orders for service center proposals related to inspections, maintenance, refurbishments, upgrades, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives., • Support static aircraft demonstrations for sales and marketing when required., • Maintain currency of all applicable technical publications., • Clean aircraft interior and exterior as needed., • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on hangar facilities where appropriate., • Maintain and repair ground support equipment as required., • Uphold housekeeping, safety, and organization standards in the hangar and ramp area.Non‑Essential Duties, • Perform additional projects or tasks as assigned by leadership., • Attend relevant industry events, training, or peer group functions., • Work toward obtaining FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) privileges.Minimum Qualifications, • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Associate Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or graduate of an FAA‑approved maintenance technical school., • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office., • Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining large multi‑engine jet aircraft., • Minimum 3 years of direct hands‑on experience with the specific aircraft platform (preferred but not required for Aerotek posting).Preferred/Desired Qualifications, • Experience troubleshooting complex airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Physical Demands & Work Environment, • Work performed in a certified repair station environment., • Work under changing deadlines and varying operational demands., • Ability to travel, including some international assignments., • Flexible schedule required to support irregular flight operations., • Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, noise, and humidity., • Ability to safely access confined spaces and elevated work areas., • Requires manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy objects.Compensation & Benefits, • Pay range:
