Job Description Natural Elements Painting & Repair (NEPR) Commercial Painting Production Manager Location: Alachua, FL (On-Site) Lead Commercial Painting Projects With Service, Ownership, and a Healthy Team Culture Since 2006, Natural Elements Painting & Repair (NEPR) has been serving North Central Florida with commercial and residential painting, repair, and waterproofing services. We're looking for a Commercial Painting Production Manager who will safely deliver profitable, on-schedule projects while upholding our values and strengthening our subcontractor bench. This role is ideal for someone who loves running complex commercial work, enjoys building strong relationships with subs and GCs, and wants to lead with Extreme Ownership and a growth mindset. Roughly 90% of your work will be commercial/new construction, and 10% residential. Key Responsibilities • Manage commercial & new-construction painting projects from setup to closeout, • Build, vet, and supervise a strong subcontractor bench, • Maintain production schedules, labor hours, budgets, and WIP performance, • Run daily/weekly planning, issue work orders, scopes, and job plans, • Conduct regular site visits to check quality, safety, and GC/client satisfaction, • Lead final walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout documentation, • Maintain consistent use of NEPR systems (PaintScout, CompanyCam, Pipedrive, Slack, Google Workspace), • Lead and support Production Admin & Financial Admin teams, • Communicate professionally with GCs, facility managers, subs, and internal staff Qualifications • Experience managing commercial or new-construction painting projects, • The ability to stay in pursuit of a goal despite obstacles and challenges, • Strong skills in scheduling, subcontractor management, and jobsite quality control, • Ability to run multiple projects at once with tight documentation, • Tech-comfortable and organized (Google Workspace + jobsite software), • Strong communication and leadership abilities, • Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle, • Tenacity: You push through challenges with focus, grit, and consistent effort., • Problem Solving: You approach obstacles with a solutions-first mindset and a positive, proactive attitude. Compensation & Benefits • Full-time, W-2 position, • Pay: $70,000+ base salary, negotiable based on experience., • Performance-based incentives, • 7 paid holidays + 12 PTO days, • Fully covered primary care or 80% insurance reimbursement (up to $300/month), • 401(k) with 100% match on the first 4% (after 6 months), • Mileage reimbursement ($0.55/mile for approved business travel), • Company-provided or stipend-supported technology Why This Role Matters As Commercial Painting Production Manager, you are the core link between sales, estimating, subcontractors, and clients.
