After I give them clarity, my team of incredible attorneys gives them results. It has been my pleasure and honor to provide peace and dignity to families as they transition to a new chapter. We handle divorce (with and without children), custody, modifications, enforcement, prenuptial agreements, and high-net-worth matters involving business ownership and complex assets. Our cases involve real families making life-changing decisions. The people who call us need to talk to someone who gets it — and then gets it done. Compensation This role pays a strong base salary plus a performance bonus for every new client file you close and complete. The more clients you bring through the door — the more you earn. No cap. Base salary: $50,000 OTE: $93,000–$129,000+ Performance bonus: Earned for every new client file you close independently — fee agreement signed, retainer collected, matter opened. The bonus is tied to your output, not to legal outcomes or attorney fees. How you get there: Our firm currently signs approximately 20–27 new client files per month — driven entirely by organic leads from nearly two decades of published content and a reputation that brings serious inquiries every day. No cold calling. No chasing. The leads are already here. Monthly Volume Estimated Annual OTE 20 files/month (current pace) ~$93,000/yr ★ realistic starting target 25 files/month ~$105,000/yr 30 files/month ~$117,000/yr 35 files/month ~$129,000/yr+ The demand is already here. The Role We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as our Family Law Intake Sales Specialist — or as we call the role internally, our Director of First Impressions. The right person is a closer. They earn trust fast, ask the right questions, and guide a family law prospect from their first call to a signed engagement — all in one conversation when the timing is right. What You Will Do • Answer every inbound call, text, and web lead from people seeking help with divorce, custody, modifications, high-net-worth asset matters, enforcement, and prenuptial agreements — no call goes unanswered, • Qualify every lead — assess the situation with empathy and precision, ask the right questions, and determine fit for our firm, • Guide prospects through the full sales conversation — build trust, present value, and close the engagement on the first call when the timing is right, • Complete every new client file fully: fee agreement signed via e-signature, retainer collected, new matter opened and ready for the attorney, • Follow up with every lead that does not convert on first contact — speed and persistence are the job, • Own the pipeline — no lead sits idle, no follow-up falls through, every interaction logged, • Handle no-show recovery — every missed consult gets a recovery sequence until a decision is made, • Work leads from both our Chicago and Naples, FL markets Required Skills and Qualities • Proven closing experience — you have sold a service or consultative product and you know your close rate, • Phone presence — you earn trust in the first 30 seconds of a call with someone who is stressed, uncertain, and needs to believe in you, • Empathy without weakness — you hold space for difficult emotions while moving the conversation forward, • Follow-through — you do not let leads walk away without a decision, • Ownership mindset — you do not wait to be told what to do.
