Job Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Low Voltage Foreman to lead and oversee field operations for commercial low voltage projects. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, and networking, along with proven leadership experience managing crews in the field. The Senior Foreman is responsible for executing projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications, while coordinating with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution • Lead, supervise, and mentor field technicians and installers on job sites, • Execute installations of low voltage systems, ensuring adherence to design and specifications, • Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment on schedules, scope, and deliverables, • Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, and material needs, • Install, test, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including CCTV, access control, cabling infrastructure, AV, and networking, • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on all job sites, • Conduct site safety checks and ensure proper use of tools and equipment, • Track daily work logs, material usage, and field reports, • Assist with as-built documentation and project closeout requirements Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Low Voltage industry, • Strong expertise in low voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, and networking, • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams effectively, • Clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing job site conditions, • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety EEO Statement Topaz HR is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
