The Position The Corporate Counsel (Market Access and Pricing), will report to and operate under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel, supporting the provision of day-to-day strategic and business-focused legal and risk counseling to internal stakeholders primarily on the pricing, reimbursement, access, and trade and distribution of Arrowhead's products, supporting US and global markets. You will work closely with colleagues on the legal team and across commercial, contracts, and other internal teams to lead legal strategies and support various aspects of the distribution and commercialization of Arrowhead's products. The Administrative Assistant will work with the executives to handle the daily management of workflows, including relationship management, schedule oversight, internal team communications, logistical planning for meetings, and strategic projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP, Business Development and Licensing by handling correspondence, managing calendars, arranging calls and Zoom meetings, coordinating team events, and support for other administrative tasks, • Attends meetings/functions as needed or requested, taking detailed notes/minutes, and disseminating as appropriate, • Collaborates with the Business Development department members on presentation creation and support, • Create, modify, and review materials, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and various other documents, • Assist in the development of presentation materials using PowerPoint and other tools, and coordinating the compilation of the presentation from multiple contributors, • Act as a liaison with internal departments, its leadership team, and balance their needs with internal stakeholder, • Handle confidential information that requires total discretion and care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes, • Complete and process expense reports for the SVP, Business Development and Licensing, • Conduct research as requested, including but not limited to market and industry research, technology equipment research, etc.REQUIREMENTS:, • 1 year of experience in Administrative Support or Office Management OR a high-energy recent graduate with a desire to learn, • Must have a strong desire to work in interactive gaming industry, and a passion for games, • Self-starter personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, • Team oriented and collaborative, • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, • Solid understanding of confidentiality and discretion, • Demonstrable expertise in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom video conferencing, understanding of basic technological language and proficiency in both Mac and PC products a plus

The Opportunity The associate will handle matters across all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation. The Los Angeles-based litigation team represents businesses, business owners, and entertainment industry clients in high-stakes disputes involving their most valuable assets. Matters span a broad range of issues, including breach of contract, fraud, film and television distribution and licensing, profit participation, intellectual property and digital media disputes, private equity–related litigation, and sophisticated judgment enforcement. Cases are regularly handled in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as through arbitration and mediation, and may proceed through trial and appeal.
