What You’ll Do • Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents, • Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units, • Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met, • Track and report supply inventory as needed, • Identify and report maintenance issues to the onsite team, • Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris Required: • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work, • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, • Attention to detail and pride in a job well done, • Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning, • Bilingual abilities, • Commission opportunities based on performance, • 15 Paid Holidays (including CAF Impact Day), • PTO based on tenure:, • 0–4 years: 15 days, • 5–9 years: 20 days, • 10–14 years: 25 days, • 15+ years: 30 days, • 3 Flex Days per year, • Medical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month), • 401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months), • Paid Parental Leave (10 days), • 30–50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable), • On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time, • Physical activities (50% to 100%):, • Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., cleaning low surfaces, collecting debris), • Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments and common areas), • Push/pull, stand, and walk (e.g., cleaning equipment, moving carts, inspecting property), • Reach above shoulders (e.g., dusting, storing supplies), • Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., handling tools and cleaning equipment), • Lifting/Carrying:, • Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%), • 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%) Ready to launch your career and grow with us?
