This is a fully remote, 40 hour per week contract role beginning in mid March and lasting approximately four months. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high volume of creative requests in a fast paced environment and excels at intake management, workflow routing, and maintaining accurate project timelines across internal and external partners. What Youll Do • Manage all creative request intake through Workfront, including triaging, routing, and assigning incoming projects, • Work closely with internal teams to understand workflows, priorities, and capacity, • Act as a liaison between the in house creative team and external agency partners, helping determine which work remains internal versus outsourced, • Develop and maintain timelines, deadlines, schedules, and workload planning for all creative projects, • Ensure the Creative Services team is fully informed on deliverables, timing, and ownership, • Provide consistent and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership, • 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or Creative Operations Coordinator within a creative or marketing environment, • Strong hands on experience with Workfront, including intake, queues, assignments, schedules, and reporting, • Proven ability to manage high volume work in a fast moving environment, • Experience supporting creative teams such as design, copy, and production, • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities, • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder levels Benefits Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
