Position Overview As a Sales Associate at Newviews Agency, you will play a critical role in growing our client base by driving new business through outbound outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to earn uncapped income and directly influence their career growth. Sales Associates operate in a freelance/autonomous model while maintaining accountability through weekly reporting and collaboration with leadership and proposal teams. Core Responsibilities • Conduct 2030 cold calls, networking touches, or outreach activities per week to generate new leads, • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move prospects to solutioning and proposal stages, • Collaborate with leadership and proposal teams to build tailored service packages, • Present proposals, close sales, and follow through to contract execution, • Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth client onboarding and handoff, • Maintain accurate sales activity and revenue reports on a weekly basis, • Attend sales trainings, industry workshops, and internal strategy meetings, • Represent The Newviews Agency professionally at events, mixers, and industry gatherings, • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our services, client industries, and buyer pain points RFPs & Government Contracts Sales Specialist Role Focus Focuses on public sector, nonprofit, and institutional opportunities requiring structured submissions and longer sales cycles. Additional Responsibilities • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, and government contract opportunities, • Coordinate submission requirements with proposal teams, • Build relationships with procurement officers and institutional decision-makers, • Manage compliance-driven, extended sales cyclesRequirements, • 12+ years of experience working with proposals, RFPs, or structured procurement processes, • Strong attention to detail and comfort with complianceheavy submissions, • Experience with government, nonprofit, or institutional contracting preferred APMP certification is a plus, but not required Performance Expectations • Expected to close $350,000 in new revenue by December 31, 2026, • Book of business may include one-time projects, monthly retainers, and upsells, • Pipeline support provided, but associates are expected to independently prospect, qualify, and close deals consistentlyCompensation: One-Time Projects • Under $7,000 8%, • $7,000$15,000 9%, • $15,000+ 10%, • Commission cap: $5,000 per project unless pre-approvedRetainer Contracts, • Month-to-Month 10% (first month), • 36 Months 10% (total contract value), • 712 Months 12% (total contract value) - Commission paid monthly or quarterly based on client payment receipt.Incentives & Growth Opportunities, • Revenue Accelerator Bonuses for exceeding $20,000/month, • $300 Client Rebooking Bonus for converting projects into retainers, • $250 Upsell Bonus for adding two or more new services, • $500 Referral Bonus per closed referred client, • Pathway to a retainer partnership after 18 months, • Opportunity to grow into senior or leadership sales rolesWhat We Offer, • 100% remote-friendly work environment with flexible scheduling, • Portfolio-building support, including case studies and testimonials, • Personalized letter of recommendation after reaching sales milestones, • Access to agency training resources and professional development workshops Flexible work from home options available.
