Job Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading global airline to recruit a Brand Advertising and Production Coordinator to support their high-profile sports sponsorship initiatives, including a major international football (soccer) partnership. This role will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing team to create, manage, and deliver visually compelling campaigns that engage customers and elevate the brand. Location: Onsite in Fort Worth w/ occasional travel Duration: 15-month contract Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $25-30/hour Why You’ll Love This Role • Play a key role in developing creative assets for high-visibility sports sponsorship activations, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work., • Support impactful advertising and production projects that reach global audiences. Key Responsibilities • Ideate, design, and develop both customer-facing advertising assets and internal creative projects to support marketing initiatives., • Manage campaigns from concept to final delivery, updating leadership throughout the process., • Serve as a brand quality gatekeeper, ensuring all deliverables meet established brand guidelines and creative standards., • Oversee and brief freelance designers as needed, providing direction and feedback to ensure quality output., • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including developing shot lists, managing estimates, and working with vendors., • Create digital and print assets for sponsorship activations, such as onsite signage, social media graphics, and marketing collateral., • Collaborate with Social Media, Media & Performance, and other marketing teams to ensure creative alignment., • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field—or equivalent experience., • 1–2 years of professional experience with an art/design portfolio showcasing creative work., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in sports marketing or sponsorship activations., • Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics., • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams. Required Skills & Attributes: • Strong understanding of branding guidelines and visual storytelling., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Highly organized with strong attention to detail., • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment., • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
