MARKETING & DIGITAL CONTENT • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, web, print) to build brand awareness and drive engagement, in close collaboration with our external marketing agency., • Create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, leveraging strong copywriting and basic design skills., • Manage NauticALL's social accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.): plan, post, and interact with our audience, ensuring a consistent brand voice., • Use tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva) to track, report, and optimize campaign performance., • Collaborate with the internal team and agency partners to source stories, visuals, and industry insights for original, personal content., • Support website management and e-commerce initiatives (WordPress or similar), working alongside our agency as needed., • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, sharing insights with both the internal team and agency., • Coordinate advertising and print initiatives, including liaising with the agency and external vendors., • Assist with marketing budget tracking and reporting in partnership with the agency., • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes, with agency support., • Respond to social media messages and comments, engaging with our online community., • Update and maintain company website content (service pages, blog posts, news, staff, etc.), in collaboration with agency resources., • Coordinate photography, videography, and graphic design projects, including agency and freelance contributors., • Analyze and report on marketing analytics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to both management and the agency., • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships-often as the main point of contact between NauticALL and the agency.2) OFFICE SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION, • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a friendly, professional manner., • Keep the reception area and office organized, tidy, and welcoming., • Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies., • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events., • Provide general administrative support (document prep, onboarding support, etc.)., • Help organize company events and team-building activities., • 1+ year experience in digital marketing, content creation, or similar field (agency, in-house, or freelance)., • Proven ability to manage social media and digital campaigns., • Strong written communication and copywriting skills., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new tools., • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)., • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects., • Tech-savvy and adaptable.Preferred:, • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools., • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS., • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools., • Fluency in Spanish is a plus., • Creative, proactive, and results-driven., • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset., • Eager to pitch in and take ownership of projects.
