This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of a multi-site office services program, leading a team of up to twelve (12) team members, including three (3) Team Leads/Managers ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across administrative, hospitality, and facilities support functions. The Regional Site Manager will service as the primary operational liaison between Opensity Solutions and client leadership, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and a best-in-class workplace experience across all locations. Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field highly prefe\n\n rredExperi \n\n • enceRequires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in office services, facilities, hospitality, or workplace operat\n, • ionsRequires a minimum of 3+ years of supervisory or management experience with direct oversight of s\n, • taffExperience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly prefe\n, • rredDemonstrated success managing customer-facing operations with a strong emphasis on high-touch service deli\n, • veryProven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced set\n\n \n tingPhysical Requirements: • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater • Ability to push/pull a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended pe \n \n riod \n The Compensation range for this role is up to $90-97,000 USD per year.
