Job Description The Intake 24/7 Telemedicine Product Manager oversees the product life cycle and supports initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and growth. This position works with CorVel executive leadership, marketing, sales, operations, information systems, and account management teams to enhance product effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and business efficiency. The manager directs product development, expansion, and program enhancements, ensuring coordinated product delivery that emphasizes operational and client-facing collaboration. This is a remote role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operates within the organization as an intake, nurse triage, telemedicine expert., • Identifies and plans for future market space needs., • Conducts comprehensive analyses of product, including feature performance, utilization trends, and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience., • Management and implementation of product price strategy that assures sustainable product growth., • Data Analysis: Analyze datasets related to clinical trends, call center metrics, customer special handling and privacy regulation compliance. Utilize techniques to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns to inform product development and optimization efforts., • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving healthcare regulations and industry standards impacting nurse triage and telemedicine practices., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, software development, quality assurance, and customer support teams to obtain requirements, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate the successful implementation of product improvements. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on technical and functional aspects of the intake, nurse triage and telemedicine product., • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to validate product enhancements, ensure accuracy in intake processing, and verify compliance with predefined specifications and requirements. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies., • Documentation and Training: Assist the documentation and training team to develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to support internal teams and external stakeholders in understanding and effectively utilizing the intake, nurse triage, telemedicine product. Provide training sessions and demonstrations as needed to ensure proper product adoption and utilization., • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within the intake, nurse triage, telemedicine product lifecycle. Drive initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall product performance and scalability. Assures current product is optimized in present market settings., • Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Excellent professional interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written. Experience with creating and leading presentations and/or conducting training with various levels of users., • Aptitude for learning systems and technical processes., • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines., • Analytical, problem-solving and resolution skills., • Demonstrated ability to provide product requirements and drive innovation., • Demonstrated ability to manage details and timelines for multiple simultaneous complex projects., • Ability to work with technical and non-technical team members with varying communication styles, both locally and remotely., • Expert level understanding of nurse triage and telehealth and how it applies to the Workers Compensation industry. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree required, • 3 years Product Management experience or Advance degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business or related field preferred, • 5+ years’ experience in nurse triage, telehealth, call center management or clinical development required, experience with a focus within the Workers Compensation sector preferred., • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights., • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex healthcare products or services., • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders. PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
