Maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper sanitation, and resolving guest concerns to ensure optimal satisfaction are essential functions of this role. This industry operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Regular attendance, in accordance with company standards, is essential for success. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience., • Certification in an alcohol-awareness program., • Computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office and food & beverage POS systems preferred., • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills., • 1-2 years of food and beverage experience preferred., • Previous cash-handling experience preferred, along with training in liquor, wine, and food service., • Guest/customer relations experience strongly preferred.
