Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our inside sales team. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of the order-fulfillment process. The CSR will maintain existing customer relationships while providing accurate product information, quotes, and support. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Sales • Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests for pricing, inventory availability, and product information., • Convert quotes into sales orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction., • Assist customers with technical/installation questions through product knowledge or coordination with internal teams and vendors.Order Fulfillment, • Enter quotes and orders accurately into the operating system., • Support picking, packing, and shipping workflows as needed., • Coordinate shipping via UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or other methods., • Process product returns (RMA’s) according to company and vendor policies.Branch Operations, • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, showroom, and facility., • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with warehouse tasks when required., • Review system data for daily/weekly management reporting., • Support other staff positions to ensure seamless branch operations.Professional Development, • Attend vendor and company training programs regularly., • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry activities.Performance Metrics, • Achievement of company, region, and branch sales and gross profit goals., • Strong inventory turns and cost-effective branch operations., • High performance in order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency., • Positive customer satisfaction feedback.What We Offer, • Competitive compensation and benefits package, • Industry-recognized product training, • Career growth opportunities, • A supportive, knowledgeable team environment #hc228076
