International B2B Sales Representative

Job Description Role Overview With an active network of 500+ international agents and long-standing global partnerships, FlatRate Moving continues to expand its international footprint. We are seeking an International B2B Sales Representative to help grow this division through a combination of business development, partner management, and end-to-end coordination of international relocation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of international moving, global logistics, and B2B sales and is a hands-on, in-office role for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning deals and projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Drive international revenue growth through FlatRate Moving’s existing network of international agents, relocation partners, and B2B accounts, • Identify and develop new international B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, partner engagement, and relationship building, • Manage assigned international accounts and act as the primary commercial point of contact, • Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests for international household goods and relocation shipments, • Prepare international pricing using tariffs, partner rates, accessorial charges, and margin targets, • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and commercial agreements with overseas partners and clients, • Manage international relocation projects end-to-end, from quoting and booking through delivery and post-move follow-up, • Coordinate air freight and ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL), including imports and exports, • Oversee international documentation and compliance, including customs paperwork, bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and Incoterms, • Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution, • Proactively manage service issues related to customs clearance, transit delays, and exceptions, • Track account performance, shipment volume, and profitability, identifying opportunities to increase business, • Represent FlatRate Moving at international conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events, • Contribute ideas for partner loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities Qualifications • Experience in international moving, relocation, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred, • B2B sales experience required; international sales experience a strong plus, • Working knowledge of international shipping processes, customs regulations, and import/export documentation, • Experience working with international agents, relocation companies, or global partners, • Strong negotiation, organizational, and relationship-management skills, • Ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously, • Willingness to travel internationally as neededCompany DescriptionFlatRate Moving is a nationally recognized moving and relocation company with over 30 years of experience and a dedicated international division operating for more than 20 years.
