We’re looking for someone to cultivate positive relationships within our internal staff community, as well as be an innovative strategic problem solver. What you’ll be responsible for as an Administrative Specialist: • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as requested., • Answer direct phone calls, emails, and other communications., • Communicate with staff members on behalf of the executive team., • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical., • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements., • Order office supplies and maintain inventory., • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed., • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. In a nutshell, you have: • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role., • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software., • Experience in QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Softr.io, Pipedrive, and/or Documint. If not, you are willing to learn., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask., • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
