Job Description The maintenance laborer ensures that HACE’s properties are enjoyable, safe, and clean places to live. The position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and apartment units owned and/or managed by HACE. The work involves a combination of skills, including those in janitorial, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, and customer service.
