Job Description: Reporting to the head of US Treasury Sales Client Officers, you will be responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to prospective & existing global, large corporate (GCBK) clients. These include international Cash & Liquidity Management, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Commercial Card and Trade Finance. You will drive new client acquisition and generate new treasury revenue streams, by expanding solution penetration across the portfolio. Partnering closely with stakeholders and client-facing teammates you will identify and shape sales opportunities. This includes providing deep product expertise and relationship management experience to deliver the most effective solutions for client and prospect needs. * Will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand existing relationships and acquire new clients both from outside the US and into the US, without a pre-assigned portfolio to ensure the success of the bank's International Deeping efforts. * Will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends, market analysis, and client insights to build client relationships. * Will maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, understanding of the evolving tech, innovation and CSR landscape, local market expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services. * Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange (FX) partners, and others to develop customized treasury solutions. * Will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and product partners across regions. * Will be accountable for new logo growth, growth of solutions per relationship, countries per relationship, revenue growth, pipeline tracking and management, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase treasury solutions. * Will coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and progress. * Will partner with Commercialization teams to create client materials, including digital and written content, to promote treasury solutions and strengthen our global footprint. * Will represent the bank at industry forums and client events to promote treasury solutions and build relationships. Responsibilities: * Ensures responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leads client facing treasury presentations * Partners with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost and benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis * Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and Year over Year (YoY) growth * Participates actively in the Client Management Process (CMP), focusing on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs * Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption and manages strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, while leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning * Maintains an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure Required Qualifications: * Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. * Demonstrated expertise in Global Payment Solutions (GPS), Corporate Banking (CBK), Foreign Exchange (FX), and Trade Finance, acquired through a minimum of 5 years in a global Treasury Sales role. * Inclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, celebrating shared success and who actively seek and appreciate diverse thoughts and backgrounds * Authentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align and are enthusiastic about the work we are doing for our clients and in our communities * Innovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quo * Confident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge * Proven track record in successful MNC client relationship management and business development (origination and execution of financial service solutions), resulting in a sizeable business portfolio. * Demonstrated an independent, entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach. * Drives revenue across multiple product sets by leveraging the full Bank of America solution offering, using a proactive, solutions-focused approach to deliver tailored, compelling recommendations to clients. * Used to working under time pressure to deliver results. * A strong understanding of Corporate Banking that includes credit, trade, cash management, risk management and global market products. * Operates effectively at both regional and local levels, collaborating with product and support partners across regions, and with global corporate client teams. * Knowledge of the North America market and global operating environments is an added advantage. * Self-driven, confident, and mature, with strong follow-through and the ability to engage effectively with senior bank leaders, client decision-makers, and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives. * Strong negotiation skills, for working with banking partners, alliances and service providers. * A strong understanding of risk and credit. * Excellent analytical, sales, communication, presentation and organizational skills. * Familiarity with Bank systems, technology and interfaces will be beneficial. * Flexible working style - ability to multi-task and to lead change. * Experienced at navigating a large international organization and influencing key internal stakeholders * Bachelors degree preferred * Demonstrated drive for career growth and progression, with a strong commitment to personal development. * Proven performance in a matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. * Intrinsic motivation to continuously improve processes, enhance efficiency, and expand one's technical and industry knowledge. * Fluency in English and Japanese .
