Job Description We are seeking a mid-level Environmental and Permitting Manager in NY in our Environmental Division with the Permitting and Compliance department. The Environmental and Permitting Manager will work directly for a client on gas and electric distribution, transmission, and substation utility projects and will be required to manage all permitting and environmental tasks on utility projects. At a minimum, 3-5 years of permitting experience is required (utility, renewable, urban planning, municipal, environmental, etc.). Job Description We are currently hiring a mid-level Mechanical Engineer in our Building Engineering Division – Energy Infrastructure team in our Rochester, NY office. LaBella’s Energy Infrastructure team provides comprehensive energy efficiency and renewable energy consultancy, including feasibility analyses, and design of mechanical systems. Our engineers are well-versed in all aspects of building and energy systems design relating to a variety of new construction, renovations, and design/build projects for a variety of clientele. The Mechanical Engineer will work with our engineers in a lead role on a variety of decarbonization/electrification projects to develop projects in feasibility stages all the way through design and construction. Job Description We are currently seeking a Gas Design Engineer for our gas group in our Rochester, NY office. The successful candidate will act in a consultant role for our existing utility clients. Types of projects include, but are not limited to, main and service replacements, system improvements, pressure upgrades, new business main extensions, highway improvements, regulator station and facility design, critical crossing and horizontal directional drilling design, odorization and pipe conditioning, and much more. Duties The following lists typical project responsibilities.
