The Role: nobilia North America is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of two kitchen showrooms- one in Doral and one in midtown Miami. This role plays a key part in driving sales, maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Showroom Manager will manage showroom staff, implement effective sales strategies, maintain inventory, and continuously enhance the customer experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role. This role will report to our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and be based in our Doral and midtown Miami showrooms. Responsibilities: Showroom Operations • Oversee the daily operations of two kitchen showrooms, ensuring smooth functionality., • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom space that enhances the customer experience., • Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for customer demand and product displays., • Supervise and lead a team of two designers and other showroom staff., • Hire, train, and coach showroom staff, including sales associates and design consultants., • Set clear performance targets, provide ongoing coaching, and offer constructive feedback to help staff achieve targets., • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, concerns, and kitchen design selections., • Guide customers through the design process, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and preferences., • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed showroom sales targets., • Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement., • Stay current on kitchen trends, new products, and industry developments to ensure the showroom stays competitive and relevant., • Develop and manage the showroom's budget, aligning it with sales goals and ensuring profitability., • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and advertising campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales., • Ensure the showroom complies with all relevant health and safety regulations., • Proven experience as a showroom manager, retail manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement industry, • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff., • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for helping customers achieve their kitchen goals., • Experience in sales strategy development, meeting revenue targets, and improving sales performance., • In-depth knowledge of kitchen products, trends, and design concepts, • Budget management experience with the ability to monitor and control expenses while ensuring profitability., • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, • Strong proficiency with computer software (e.g., MS Office, showroom management systems).
