    Central Plaza is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the team. The Virtual Assistant will assist with communication, scheduling, data entry, document management, customer support, and day-to-day administrative tasks while working remotely. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to support over 40 Van Leeuwen locations. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in multi unit retail support, is organized, hands on and resourceful (and loves ice cream!). Our Facilities R+M Technician will report directly to the Director of Facilities. While we are based out of Brooklyn, NY, this role will cover the NY Metro area including New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This is a full time, field based position requiring the flexibility to work off hours including weekends depending on operational needs and scheduled maintenance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to continue growing Van Leeuwen scoop shops across 12 national markets. Our Construction Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Store Development. While we are based out of Brooklyn, NY, this role has the opportunity to be hybrid or remote.
