A background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human-services field is preferred., • 2 years of direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, • Current RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius, • Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks and TB testing, • COVID-19 vaccination may be required by certain partner schools/organizations Schedule & Availability • Start Part-Time, with a pathway to Full-Time based on your availability and client needs, • Minimum 15 hours/week, • Peak hours: Weekdays 2:00–8:00 PM (some morning/early afternoon shifts available), • Full-Time requires open availability: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, • Maintain stated availability for at least 4 months for client consistency, • Service area: In-home sessions within 20 miles of your primary home ZIP Physical Requirements- This is an active, engaging clinical role! • Stand, kneel, and move throughout sessions, • Lift up to 30 lbs, • Engage in active play and movement with children E-Verify & Equal Opportunity Employer • This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm your authorization to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm your authorization, you’ll receive written instructions and an opportunity to contact DHS or SSA before any employment action is taken.
