Job Description BASIC FUNCTIONS The Operations Administrator contributes to the coordination of the Sales Department’s strategic and tactical plans. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations Manager on special projects, Account Management administrative functions, processes, metrics, and training. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. SPECIFIC DUTIES • Support special projects, such as improvement of delivery and quality metrics Support administrative activities with Sales so that Account Managers can focus on customer contacts. Job Description Job Overview of Principal The Orchard School supports children with complex emotional needs and disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The Orchard School is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead the various programs and services that meet the complex needs of each enrolled child. The Principal oversees all service components of the Orchard School. The Principal is responsible for the selection, training and supervision of all Orchard school staff and the safe and effective operation of programs. The Principal ensures that operations comply with all local, state and federal regulations governing such programs. The Principal ensures the various services are well coordinated and work in concert to meet the complex needs of the children in care and programs are managed in a fiscally sound manner.
