What's in it for you: • Growth opportunities to uplevel your career, • A people-centric culture embracing and celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within our team, • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits focused on well-being, • An opportunity to shape the future of health care by joining a team recognized as a Best Place to Work for and one of the Best Companies to Work For in New York Qualifications you'll bring: • A college degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience education and or experience, • The availability to work full-time, hybrid, • Minimum five years' experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections., • Superior skills in process analysis, system documentation, and workflow definition., • Significant understanding of the applicable enrollment processes and systems, • Strong skills in data manipulation software (Power BI, SQL, Access, Excel)., • Strong skills in critical thinking, problem analysis, timely verbal and written communication, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., service, partnering, conflict management, consulting, mentoring)., • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth, • Humility to play as a team, • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your key responsibilities: • Serve as a resource to project teams working on systems or applications that touch the billing and payment process., • Provide mentorship to associates on the teams and, when applicable, perform in a trainer role to educate and support other members of the team ., • Assist the leader in developing policy and procedure when applicable., • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize implementation of A/R reporting and management through digital enhancements., • Drive consistent process improvements utilizing technology., • Collaborate with third-party collections vendors to ensure revenue recovery., • Serve in a lead role and provide requested data and written audit responses for financial and regulatory audits., • Play a lead role in the billing/eligibility systems (e.g., FACETs and XchangeConnect) ongoing review and testing (e.g., version upgrades, functionality rollout)., • Assist in the creation of appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for billing activities., • Build visual/graphical representations of these KPIs in appropriate BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS)., • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
