Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Sales Counselor. Requirements for a Sales Counselor: • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education in Business or related field preferred., • 2 or more years of sales experience in senior service industry with a focus on CCRC, Assisted Living and Skills Nursing required, 5+ years experience preferred. The Sales Counselor is responsible for driving sales and ensuring successful move-ins, consistently exceeding performance expectations. Key to this role is understanding the needs of prospects and effectively representing the community from initial inquiry through to move-in. • Participates in marketing events as directed, • Adheres to a culture of collaboration and teamwork, • Shares relevant prospect information with the sales team and the community teams, • Maintains accurate data flow for leads and referral sources, • Ensures timely and precise input as appropriate into Aline or other community specific systems, • Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required, • Meet personal and performance targets by managing sales activities to ensure sales and closing goals are met., • Handle all prospect inquiries promptly and maintain timely follow-up within designated time frames., • Regularly review personal performance and activity, making adjustments to achieve sales and move-in targets.Engage in community outreach/business development activity to enhance community awareness and generate referrals as directed, • Keep updated about relevant operational, competitive and company information to respond effectively to prospect inquiries and community contacts, • Attends relevant industry meetings and conferences About UMC: • Our Mission is: Compassionately serving in community so that all are free to choose abundant life, • Certified A Great Place to Work for the last 8 years, we continue to grow and innovate to meet the needs of our residents while building upon our rich history of over 115-years of dedication to the communities we serve.
