Job DescriptionSecurity Technician Lead Security Technician We are a preferred security integrator serving major clients across the DFW area, including HEB grocery stores, Dave & Busters, K-12 school districts, Cook's hospitals, and downtown Dallas high-rises. We take pride in delivering high-quality security solutions and treating our people right. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Technician to join our field-based team. In this role, you will lead crews of 1-5 technicians on commercial security projects throughout the DFW area, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Responsibilities • Lead field crews of 1-5 technicians on commercial security installations, • Install, configure, and program access control systems, surveillance/camera systems, and commercial burglary alarm systems, • Manage project timelines and coordinate with management and customers, • Ensure compliance with safety standards on all job sites, • 8-12 years of experience in the security integration industry, • Active Texas Security License (required), • Hands-on system programming experience with relevant certifications, • Valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance, • Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening, • $34-$38/hr ($40 max for exceptional candidates), • Company Vehicle, • Gas card and Home Depot card for project purchases, • Company phone and laptop, • Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible at 60 days), • 401k option, • Overtime available (not mandatory), • Typical 40-hour work week, • Primarily field-based - minimal office time, • Most projects within 50 miles of Carrollton, TX corporate office • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
