You know your TDPs, your UPSPWs, and your Combo Locos, BTW. You have a velocity-building strategy fully developed and living in your head rent-free. Your broker relationships are strong, your forecasting is sharper than a tortilla chip, and out-of-stocks are simply not an option on your watch. You think big, you solve fast, and you love the work. Sound like you? We are looking for a Grocery Sales Manager to lead our HEB account and grow Siete across this important Texas retailer. About You: • You have exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills, the kind that could convince a category manager to hand over more shelf space before the meeting is even over., • Results, Driven, and Initiative are not just words to you, they are a seasoning blend you put on everything., • You say what you mean and mean what you say. No fluff, no filler, just clear and confident communication that moves things forward., • Your north star is the person on the other side of the table. Me, myself, and I are not in your vocabulary. Customer, client, and consumer are., • You could talk selling strategy in your sleep. Building it, refining it, executing it, you have done it enough times that it feels less like work and more like instinct., • Some people dread performance conversations. You schedule them voluntarily and show up with a plan, a pulse on the data, and probably a snack., • You’re a team player. No matter how big your goals, you’re always willing to jump in and help the team with the small stuff., • Give you a challenge and a deadline and you are in your element. A bag of Siete tortilla chips nearby doesn’t hurt either. What You Will Do:, • Lead sales for grocery with HEB and other retailers as assigned., • Directly manage key accounts to ensure distribution, ordering, programming, and brand familiarity., • Drive Siete distribution share by increasing shelf presence and expanding store counts., • Customize annual sales plans across product segments at your assigned customers/geographies in a manner that aligns brand & retailer strategies., • Drive activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products., • Manage customer spend to hit annual trade spending guidelines., • Partner with brokers and distributor account managers to minimize out of stocks and ensure a positive shelf placement., • Achieve revenue targets, new item launch goals, and seize opportunities to increase Siete’s visibility and velocities within accounts., • Analyze and report back on market conditions, promotion execution, customer issues, and competitive intelligence., • Track identified sales metrics and represent the retail business in your region to the broader organization., • Determine forecast levels for key accounts within a large-scale forecast and work closely with Sales management to measure progress to plan., • Monitor broker performance against annual objectives and grow broker representatives into brand experts., • Represent Siete at broker trainings, retail meetings, industry conferences and trade events., • Willing to travel up to 30% and attend trade shows.Your Experience:, • 4+ years of progressive Sales experience in the grocery channel is required, • Relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors is preferred
