Responsibilities • Provides customer service and support to applicants., • Responsible for implementing cost effective recruitment functions, processing field employee and customer referrals, and weekly contact with inactive field employees., • Maintain an active network of trade contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates., • Source and recruit potential qualified candidates for specific job openings., • Develop a recruiting strategy and implement within various recruiting media/associations., • Participate in various networking opportunities with construction associations., • Conducts pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed., • Effectively communicates the skills required and expectations of jobs to which employees are placed., • Review candidates experience and training to make judgement that candidates will work effectively but safely., • Process customer orders by assigning employees to customer sites based on skills and job requirements., • Ensures accuracy & completeness of assignment information in Avionte at all times., • Manages and continually assesses employee information available in the system to keep it current and accurate at all times., • Counsels, coaches, and takes disciplinary action with service employees when necessary., • Participates effectively in and encourages a “team” working environment., • Works with peers and managers to effectively provide staffing coverage and minimize overtime hours within the branch office., • Assists in the development of changes in procedures, policies and forms that positively impact the business and reinforce a commitment to continuous improvement., • Cross-trains with other functional areas of the business to provide backup as needed., • Other tasks as assigned.Requirements: Job Requirements • Must have experience within skilled trade positions., • Knowledge of construction safety requirements., • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook., • Excellent communication and organization skills., • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment., • Strong team player with a high level of respect & appreciation for diversity., • Strong knowledge of Avionte ATS., • Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing business environment., • Dependability and reliability., • Ability to analyze information quickly to make decisions and solve problems., • Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required., • Must be able to travel to other branch offices or customer locations (Construction Sites) to assist as needed. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director. Responsibilities: • Ensure orders are successfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods, adhering to Electronics' policies and agreements., • Manage account portfolio, handle purchase order revisions, track delivery dates, verify and adjust PO prices, and process sales returns in alignment with company policies., • Update, and maintain customer and order data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy., • Review and validation price adjustment chargeback claims with finance and Sales., • Point of contact to help Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively., • Work closely with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment., • Generate reports on open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders., • Assist the team on various projects as needed. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
