    We are a small contracting company in which the majority of our work is facilities maintenance and repairs at various Retail Stores throughout NJ, NYC, PA. We receive different types of work orders to take care of daily at different stores and locations. Some examples of the work orders we receive are : *Replacing Ceiling Tiles in Store *Replacing Floor Tiles throughout Store *Painting....could be small painting such as touch ups or could be sanding / painting / priming an entire store. • Minor Electrical such as changing light bulbs and ballasts., • Minor Plumbing such as servicing a clogged toilet. REQUIREMENTS: We Require a Min of 7 years experience The ideal person will be able to work alone at times without much supervision but will also be able to work well with co-workers as a team for larger type jobs. **Flexibility with hours is a MUST because although most of our work is during the day hours, there are some jobs that can only be done during the overnight hours. We also get some emergency service calls and REQUIRE that every Tech is on call for 1 weekend per month. You MUST have a valid driver license, you will be utilizing a work vehicle during time you are working.
