As our IT Director, you will provide leadership and oversight of systems supporting multi-site clinical operations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Your role as a IT DIrector As the IT Director at RadX Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the planning development, implementation, security, and ongoing support of the company's information technology systems across all RadX Inc. sites. This role manages internal and external IT resources, oversees technology vendor relationships, ensures cybersecurity compliance, and drives strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience. The IT Director ensures that all technology supports clinical and business operations, enhances patient care, and aligns with organizational growth strategies. What we're looking for in a IT DIrector • Provide executive leadership for all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems support, networking, telecommunications, and RIS/PACS platforms such as EXA, • Develop and execute the IT strategic roadmap and annual budget, including capital planning for hardware, software, and infrastructure improvements, • Lead and mentor the IT team, including Help Desk, IT Support Specialists, and third-party partners, • Manage IT vendor relationships, including primary vendor Medicus IT, overseeing service levels, contract negotiations, escalations, and project performance, • Maintain cybersecurity standards, including system access auditing, data security policies, and compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and other regulatory requirements, • Oversee technology implementation for new clinic openings, acquisitions, and expansions including network configuration, hardware deployment, and secure systems integration, • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT systems including workstations, printers, scanners, telecommunications, networking equipment, VPN access, and cloud systems, • Direct incident response, disaster recovery planning, business continuity readiness, and risk mitigation strategy, • Establish and monitor IT performance metrics, reporting progress to executive leadership, • Manage technology asset inventory, lifecycle planning, hardware refresh schedule, and procurement processes, • Support organizational training and change management to promote high adoption and effective use of technology resources, • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues affecting clinical operationsqualifications, • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Masters degree preferred, • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site clinical operations, • Demonstrated experience leading IIT strategy, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise infrastructure, • Strong background supporting healthcare information systems such as EXA RIS/PACS or equivalent platforms, • Expertise with networking, VPNs, cloud systems, Google Workspace, Windows OS, and macOS, • Proven experience managing vendors, technology contracts, and IT budget planning, • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, • Ability to work onsite and travel to local clinics as needed (valid driver's license required)why join us?, • Lead a growing IT organization impacting patient care and operational success, • Influence technology modernization and multi-site expansion initiatives, • Work in a collaborative culture with forward-thinking leadership A job offer is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
