Customer & Team Relations • Lead division team in resolving customer inquiries or billing concerns., • Serve as a liaison between administrative staff, scale house operators, and management., • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture within the administrative team., • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to administrative team members.
