Learn more at You'll Do: As a Talent Development Partner, you'll play a critical role in strengthening leadership capabilities and internal mobility through development programs across the company. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You'll partner closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to build talent development experiences that strengthen leadership, develop managers, and support high-performing teams in a hypergrowth environment. In this role, you'll drive a broad range of work - including performance management support, workshop facilitation, and resource development while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our talent programs and practices. This role is ideal for someone who owns outcomes within their scope, operates independently, and continues to build depth and confidence in their expertise. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
