Job Description Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Location: Highlands Ranch (80129) or Littleton (80128) – In-Office Position Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Compensation / Benefits: Base Salary + Commission, Health/Dental/Vision stipend, 401(k) + match, flexible work schedule. Our success is built on hard work, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. We believe in 1% daily improvements, building strong systems, and doing work that lasts. We offer a competitive base salary, determined by prior sales and industry experience, plus a performance-based commission and bonus structure. • Year 1 Target Earnings: $60,000–$65,000, • Year 2 Target Earnings: $65,000–$75,000, • Health, dental, and vision stipend, • 401(k) with employer match State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
