Job Summary The main function of this role is to support the front of house and the trainers by providing coverage when there’s PTO and call out for-lunch coverage. As a trainer you will carry out facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales and build client retention within our studios. As a studio host you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of workout bookings and be the first point of contact for the customer, offering 5* service and maximising every sales opportunity through rebooks and retail sales. You will be predominantly be based in our Santa Monica Studio but must be willing to travel across across to our West Hollywood studio when needed.
