Our Marketing Manager coordinates digital and social media platforms—developing creative content, designing marketing collateral and advertisements, managing digital signage, and building branded email templates that fuel customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role oversees the creation and maintenance of web content, CMS updates, SEO/SEM strategy, marketing automation, and performance analytics. The Marketing Manager works closely with the marketing team to support all communication initiatives and partners with vendors to execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with business goals, brand identity, and growth objectives across our B2B and consumer audiences. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Manage updates and enhancements to the company websites, including the development of landing pages, product pages, banner graphics, and other digital assets., • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing collateral—brochures, ads, newsletters, postcards, posters, banners, social media graphics, signage, handouts, invitations, and more—in collaboration with the marketing team., • Maintain visual consistency across all brands (Legence Bank, American Farm Mortgage, and Kotner Title), and create/update brand style guides to ensure alignment in all materials., • Research and recommend innovative media platforms, design tools, and creative applications to keep the team ahead of marketing and design trends., • Develop, and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy focused on measurable outcomes—utilizing SEO/SEM, social media, websites, video, paid media, and email marketing., • Oversee the growth, engagement, and optimization of all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent voice and strong digital presence., • Monitor digital marketing trends and platform updates to inform strategy and drive innovation., • Analyze campaign and platform data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the VP of Marketing & Communications., • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to evaluate ROI and customer experience across all digital touchpoints., • Lead the implementation and integration of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation platforms., • Propose and execute creative growth strategies across digital channels, including new platforms and experimental marketing initiatives., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design landing pages and optimize the digital user experience and conversion funnels., • Champion brand engagement by building and nurturing digital communities, using insights from followers and industry trends to drive innovation and deepen audience connection., • Coordinate day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners to ensure cohesive project execution., • Partner with stakeholders to manage content review processes (PMR), campaign analytics dashboards, timelines, and milestone tracking., • Support business line objectives by aligning digital marketing strategies with broader marketing plans to drive revenue and brand growth., • Manage vendor relationships and platforms related to social listening, analytics, SEO/SEM, and reputation management to ensure optimal brand visibility and sentiment., • Assist in the production and distribution of podcasts and blogs, expanding content reach across all digital platforms., • Accountability – Takes full ownership of projects, timelines, and results., • Autonomy – Works independently and takes initiative to move projects forward without constant supervision., • Communication – Communicates clearly and effectively across teams, vendors, and stakeholders., • Decision Making – Makes informed, data-driven decisions aligned with brand and business goals., • Detail Oriented – Maintains high standards of quality and accuracy across all deliverables., • Innovative – Constantly explores new tools, platforms, and strategies to improve engagement and performance., • Organized – Effectively manages multiple campaigns, timelines, and tasks simultaneously., • Problem Solving – Anticipates and resolves challenges quickly and creatively., • Project Management – Demonstrates strong planning skills, manages deadlines, and ensures successful project execution., • Time Management – Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet goals in a fast-paced environment., • Working Under Pressure – Stays composed and productive during peak workloads or tight deadlines., • Technical Proficiency – Demonstrates fluency in digital platforms, analytics tools, CMS, design software, and email marketing systems., • Creative Thinking – Develops fresh, engaging content and visuals aligned with brand voice and strategy., • Collaboration – Works well with cross-functional teams, agencies, and departments to align strategies and drive results. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, fax machines, scanning equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
