In this role, youll work directly with families in their homes and communitiessupporting behavioral change, parenting skills, and family reunification goals. Key Responsibilities • Provide in-home family support and case management to children, adolescents, and families, • Assist with behavioral health interventions, parenting education, and crisis management, • Support family preservation and reunification efforts through structured goal setting and coaching, • Coordinate services and collaborate with schools, probation officers, and community partners, • Conduct regular home visits, monitor progress, and maintain detailed, compliant documentation, • Work closely with a clinical team to deliver behavioral support plans, • Travel between assigned counties (appx. 23 counties); evenings and one weekend day required Qualifications Caseworker I: Bachelors degree from an accredited university (preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or related field) Caseworker II: • Associates degree and 4 years of experience providing services to families OR, • High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience providing family or social services Additional Requirements: • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field, • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, • Passion for working with families, youth, and community partners Locations: Openings across 51 Southern Indiana counties, including Knox, Pike, Gibson, Warrick, Vanderburgh, and Posey. Schedule: Full-time with evenings and one weekend day required.
