Job Description Residential Account Manager A Residential Account Manager is an outside sales professional whose primary duties are aimed at bringing in new clients and managing client relationships within a specific sales territory. Our Account Managers are the face of the Company in their local community, prospecting for new sales and providing ongoing account management to support customers, including installing, educating, and training their assigned customers on the features and benefits of our products to place VRS and P2P calls.
