Overview: The Fulfillment Center Supervisor supports daily warehouse operations and digital logistics tasks to ensure accurate order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely delivery across multiple sales channels. This role combines hands-on production and packing with digital tracking, invoicing, and coordination of corporate and wholesale orders, Leadership and organization are key features for this role. Key Responsibilities: Physical Operations (Fulfillment & Production) • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for corporate orders, and e-commerce channels (including Amazon, DoorDash, Faire, and e-tailers)., • Supervise production of gift boxes and “pick & mix” products according to brand standards (Assemble and produce when needed), • Organize and manage deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch., • Restock shelves and maintain warehouse organization., • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts., • Support production for corporate and department store orders as needed. Digital Operations (Tracking & Administration) • Create labels, provide tracking numbers, and gift notes for corporate and department store shipments and E-commerce customers., • Track team productivity and order accuracy through internal reporting sheets., • Process digital inventory transfers between warehouses and update stock records., • Manage replenishment orders through suppliers for materials (Amazon, Uline, etc.)., • Maintain and update DoorDash, Faire, and wholesale tracking sheets., • Record monthly hours and productivity metrics for wholesale and operations teams., • Apply and manage site or customer discounts as directed. Qualifications & Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills across physical and digital workflows., • Proficiency with order management or inventory systems (e.g., Amazon Vendor, Faire)., • Basic knowledge of invoicing and fulfillment software. (D365 is a plus), • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in packing, labeling, and data entry., • Ability to handle time-sensitive orders and meet deadlines., • Comfortable with moderate physical work (lifting, packing, restocking). Work Structure: • Mix of hands-on warehouse work and digital administrative tasks., • Weekly tasks include order fulfillment, invoicing, production, and reporting., • Schedule flexibility required during large corporate orders or seasonal periods. Occasional Saturday availability may be required during certain periods of the year., • Transportation: Personal vehicle availability is required. This role offers a base salary of up to $60,000, plus a bonus tied to the achievement of key company objectives. The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise.
