We’re growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for our customers. What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences: • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and care, • Schedule service appointments efficiently, • Accurately create and maintain customer records, • Stay informed on our services to confidently assist customers We value family, integrity, dedication, and continuous improvement—and it shows in how we treat both our customers and our employees.
